Housing Policies
Individual Housing Deadline: AMP’s discounted rates expire on October 18th, but all rooms are on a first come, first serve basis and we recommend you book your housing early!
Group Housing Deadline/Policies: Should you find that you need 20 or more rooms, please remember the following:
- Attrition Policy: In the event you cancel any portion of your room reservation(s) after the October 2nd, and AMP is unable to fill the portion of your released rooms, you will be responsible for reimbursing AMP for all the released reserved room nights up to 90% of your originally contracted room block. You will be invoiced for the applicable amount, and these monies are due to AMP within 30 days of cancellation of the block.
- No-Name Cutoff: Should any of the rooms in your block not have names listed by September 4th, the reservation will be cancelled.
Hotel Cancellation Deadline: For individual reservations, the hotel cancellation policy will be followed. Please check the official onPeak Housing Site for AMP 2026 and/or reference your confirmation email for more information.
Deposit/Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card will need to be provided to guarantee your reservation(s) for no shows, and/or late cancellations.
Attendees who cancel plans to attend Annual Meeting should cancel meeting registration AND hotel reservations as quickly as possible.
Confirmations
- Hotel Confirmations will be emailed to you from onPeak Housing once your reservation has been confirmed. An email address is mandatory to receive a reservation confirmation. Remember to check your spam email for your confirmation. You will NOT receive a separate confirmation from your hotel.
